You must login with your FiveM account by clicking the Login button or by visiting the shopping cart.

Next, you will click the 'Login with FiveM' button. You will be redirected to the home page once you have successfully logged in.

From there you can view our asset categories and click the 'Subscribe' button to initiate a purchase.

You can head over to the Tebex checkout page here and login to your account. From there you can manage all of your subscriptions.

You can join our Discord Server and head to the #store-support channel to create a ticket. Please allow 24-48 hrs for a response to your ticket.

Please read the install guide within the package(s) you download. You should be able to easily drag and drop the resource into your FiveM resources folder.

If your order hasn't arrived, please follow these steps:

First, confirm that your payment was completed. You can review your Tebex payment history by visiting https://checkout.tebex.io/payment-history

Next, check your email. Purchases are delivered to the email address you used at checkout. Be sure to look in your Inbox, Spam/Junk, and Promotions folders.

Finally, verify your payment method (PayPal, Debit Card, etc.) has sufficient funds available. If the transaction still shows as 'Pending' or 'Processing', then your order may not be delivered until the payment has fully cleared.

Purchases are store-specific and non-transferable. Assets you buy from our store are tied strictly to the account that made the purchase. You cannot move them to another account.

You will be banned from our store and lose access to any purchased assets. Additionally, you may be prevented from making purchases on other Tebex stores in the future.
