Placing an order takes four steps:

1. Click the user icon in the top-left corner of the page, then select Sign In.
2. Follow the prompts to sign in with your Cfx.re account.
3. You are returned to the store once you are signed in.
4. Browse the asset categories and hit Subscribe or Add to Cart on the package you want.

You can head over to the Tebex checkout page at https://checkout.tebex.io/payment-history and sign in to your account. From there you can manage all of your subscriptions.

You can join our Discord Server and head to the #store-support channel to create a ticket. Please allow 24-48 hrs for a response to your ticket.

If your order hasn't arrived, work through these checks in order:

1. Confirm the payment completed. You can review your payment history at https://checkout.tebex.io/payment-history
2. Check your email. Purchases are delivered to the address you used at checkout, so look in your Inbox, Spam/Junk and Promotions folders.
3. Verify your payment method (PayPal, debit card, etc.) has sufficient funds.

If the transaction still shows as 'Pending' or 'Processing', your order will not be delivered until the payment has fully cleared.
