How do I place an order?
Placing an order takes four steps:
- Click the user icon in the top-left corner of the page, then select Sign In.
- Follow the prompts to sign in with your Cfx.re account.
- You are returned to the store once you are signed in.
- Browse the asset categories and hit Subscribe or Add to Cart on the package you want.
How do I cancel a subscription?
You can head over to the Tebex checkout page at https://checkout.tebex.io/payment-history and sign in to your account. From there you can manage all of your subscriptions.
Where can I receive support for my order?
You can join our Discord Server and head to the #store-support channel to create a ticket. Please allow 24-48 hrs for a response to your ticket.
How do I install and use the packages from this store?
Please read the install guide within the package(s) you download. You should be able to easily drag and drop the resource into your FiveM resources folder.
I didn't receive my order, what should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived, work through these checks in order:
- Confirm the payment completed. You can review your payment history at https://checkout.tebex.io/payment-history
- Check your email. Purchases are delivered to the address you used at checkout, so look in your Inbox, Spam/Junk and Promotions folders.
- Verify your payment method (PayPal, debit card, etc.) has sufficient funds.
If the transaction still shows as 'Pending' or 'Processing', your order will not be delivered until the payment has fully cleared.
What is your refund policy?

Can I transfer purchases to another account?
Purchases are store-specific and non-transferable. Assets you buy from our store are tied strictly to the account that made the purchase. You cannot move them to another account.
What happens if I chargeback a payment?
You will be banned from our store and lose access to any purchased assets. Additionally, you may be prevented from making purchases on other Tebex stores in the future.
What happens if I get banned from the Discord server?
If you believe your ban was issued in error or you would like it reviewed, then please contact us at support@razedmods.com and our team will look into your case.
